In addition to acting and puppetry, I am a self-taught baker and cake decorator. I also run birthday parties in Cake Decorating and Cupcake Wars!

Baking Parties
Cake Decorating Party: This option is ideal for older kids (9+) in smaller groups, no more than 5 guests. I will bake and crumb coat a cake ahead of time, and your child and his/her guests will get to decorate a cake with fondant, buttercream, and more, just like they do on all of the popular baking shows!
Cupcake Wars: This option is better for larger groups of any age. The guests will be split up into groups, and they will bake cupcakes (choice of vanilla or chocolate). While the cupcakes are baking, I will show all of the guests a few different icing techniques that they can then use when decorating their cupcakes. When the cupcakes come out of the oven, the groups will decorate them using icing, fondant, sprinkles, and more. After decorating their cupcakes, each guest will get to present his or her work to the group and will receive a certificate. This is a cupcake war where everyone is a winner!
